We are honoured to befriend City Building and their impressive organisation. It was great to see them as we sponsored an award as part of their Commonwealth Football Tournament for their apprentices. Everyone looked like the were having great fun, and it was really interesting and entertaining to meet all those involved.

City Building is responsible for many exciting construction projects and partnerships in Glasgow, and is one of the largest construction firms in Glasgow. Being a small company, The Diamond Studio was amazed at the scale of City Building!

The Diamond Studio: Jeweller to The Old Firm

The Old Firm is the term given to Glasgow football clubs Celtic F.C. and Rangers F.C when named collectively. The two clubs are the most successful in Scotland, with large support bases in Glasgow, and with more support in most towns throughout Scotland, as well as additional support from around the world.


Glasgow is known for its infamous rivalry between football clubs Rangers F.C. and Celtic F.C. The two historic clubs represent Glasgow football culture and are a huge asset to the city.

The Diamond Studio proudly announced a Celtic jewellery collection known as The Bhoys Collection, late last year. This range has proved very popular and has gone down a treat with Celtic fans and players alike.

This week, The Diamond Studio had more excitement in store as a long awaited licensing contract with Rangers was signed this week, also a premier jewellery collection for the club.

The range will be named "Spirit of '72", in honour of the clubs formation in 1872, and the winning of the European Cup Winners Cup, which was claimed by the club in 1972.

We are delighted by this exciting development which allows us to collaborate with both sides of the Old Firm. It is a tremendous honour, and shows our continued commitment to the football community.

We hope to announce more details of the collection soon, and Gers fan will have to stay tuned for updates!

Loose Stones

The Diamond Studio specialises in loose stones of all forms, and is enjoying the heavy traffic they are generating into the Studio this January. Designing bespoke jewellery and setting the perfect diamond seems to be in fashion, and we are more than delighted to help.

The Diamond Studio doesn't charge a design fee for bespoke jewellery, so be assured we are only here to help your creative juices flow! If designing isn't for you, we have a range of ring and pendant designs in store to choose from.

We were excited this week to receive a gorgeous princess cut diamond, at over 2ct, the stone is stunning. The diamond is perfect for an engagement ring, pendant setting or a special dress ring. You'll have to be quick though, the last stone we had in store that was this beautiful was sold within the week!

If you can't get to the Studio in a rush, don't panic! We can always order the perfect stone for your jewellery, to suit your tastes and budget.

Adding a loose stone to a bare mount requires a little imagine, however it is the best way to assure you have the best diamond for your mount, and for your budget.

GENTS ONLY NIGHT COMING SOON!

The Diamond Studio is looking forward to our next event, a Gents Only Night for those needing a little help with Christmas presents for mothers, wives, girlfriends, sisters, friends or even those looking for a fabulous treat for themselves!

The event will be the 16th of Decemember from 4pm-8pm.

DIAMOND STUDIO EVENT IN AID OF KIDNEY RESEARCH

The Diamond Studio was pleased to support Kidney Research UK by holding an event yesterday to raise awareness and money for the charity.

10% of all sales were donated to the charity, and the Diamond Studio was excited to meet all our guests and show them our gorgeous jewellery collections.

We had a fantastic day, met some great people and discussed ideas for future charity ventures.

The event was a huge success, thank you to all who came through the snow and enjoyed the delicious cupcakes and hot drinks on offer!

ORGAN DONATION CAMPAIGN LAUNCH

The Diamond Studio is pleased to announce the launch of the Organ Donation Campaign in collaboration with Kidney Research UK and Mister Singh's.

The campaign aims to provide 10,000 Organ Donation Leaflets through cash and carries, corner shops, restaurants, and any other busy outlets who wish to join the campaign.

The campaign is supported by sports presenter Raman Bhardwaj. "I am very happy to endorse this hugely important campaign and would encourage everyone to join the NHS Organ Donor Register. Every name on the Register carries hope and the chance to save a life."



The Diamond Studio urges everyone to join the cause and support the campaign. The Donor Card Campaign Map plans to show the generous people and businesses who are supporting the campaign throughout Glasgow.
